These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of Swallow Me ("the App") operated by HiScore. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to participate in real-money gaming in your jurisdiction.

2. Real-Money Wagering

The App involves wagering real USDC (USD Coin) on the Solana blockchain. By participating, you acknowledge:

• You may lose the USDC you wager
• All transactions are final and processed on-chain
• We are not responsible for losses incurred during gameplay
• It is your responsibility to ensure real-money gaming is legal in your jurisdiction

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play or gain unfair advantage
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Harass or harm other players
• Use the App if you are under 18
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App
• Use the App for money laundering or illegal activity

5. USDC and Wallet

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We are not liable for any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet. USDC payouts are processed to the wallet address on file.

6. Referral Program

Referral rewards are paid in USDC and subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to withhold referral payouts if fraud is suspected.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ACCURACY OF GAME RESULTS, OR AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HISCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF USDC OR OTHER FUNDS.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
