This Privacy Policy explains how HiScore ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Swallow Me ("the App"), available at hiscore.me/swallowme.

We collect the following information when you use the App:

• Account information: Email address, Google account info, or phone number provided during login via Privy.
• Wallet information: Solana wallet addresses (public keys only) used to send and receive USDC.
• Gameplay data: Game sessions, scores, kills, earnings, and leaderboard rankings.
• Transaction data: USDC deposits, withdrawals, and in-game settlement records stored on Supabase and on the Solana blockchain.
• Referral data: Referral codes and associated earnings.
• Device and usage data: Browser type, IP address, and app usage patterns via Vercel Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the game and process USDC wagers and payouts
• To authenticate your identity via Privy
• To display leaderboards and player profiles
• To process referral rewards
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Blockchain Data

Transactions processed through the App are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. We cannot delete or modify on-chain data. Your public wallet address may be visible to other users.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Privy (privy.io) — Authentication and embedded wallet management
• Supabase (supabase.com) — Database and backend storage
• Vercel (vercel.com) — Hosting and analytics
• Circle / USDC — Stablecoin infrastructure
• Solana (solana.com) — Blockchain network

5. Age Restriction

The App involves real-money wagering and is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us immediately.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Note that on-chain transaction data cannot be deleted.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Use the App at your own risk.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
